For Lace Lovers
Ceci Leibovitz Limited Edition jewelry pieces are made with historic antique lace in new or excellent condition, some dating back to the 19th century. The pieces are romantic and historic, with modern settings that allow the intricate lace details to take center stage.
When the celebration ends and the guests go home, mementos from your wedding day get stored away and can easily be forgotten. Ceci Leibovitz brings these memories to life by using lace from your wedding dress and turning that fabric into bespoke jewelry. Whether from a loved one's dress or your own, Ceci Leibovitz shows off beautiful motifs from your wedding dress lace, allowing you to keep those precious memories close to your heart on your wedding day, and for years to come.
Cecilia Leibovitz started her creative endeavor at the age of fifteen as a high school art major, later studying millinery at Fashion Institute of Technology. She began making jewelry from fabric after receiving a gift of an antique lace collection from her mother in law. What began as a love for drawing and painting, expanded into embroidery and beadwork, leading to her passion for jewelry design, seen in the Ceci Leibovitz collection today. In 2019 she wrote her first book 'Bead Jewelry Making for Beginners' published by Rock Ridge Press. Cecilia is a mother of four and graduate of Mount Holyoke College, where she majored in English Literature and Film.
